What shapes the quote
The camera is only one part of the scope.
Time on site, planning, aerial access, people, locations, formats and post-production all change the work required. The written quote is the final scope.
Time on site
Documented packages range from a one-hour Fast shoot to a four-hour Prestige shoot. Additional locations, interviews, talent, access constraints and twilight requirements can change the scope.
Aerial and FPV
Aerial footage appears in the current property-film tiers. FPV is a separate specialist format and remains subject to safe weather, access, airspace, local restrictions and CASA requirements.
Post-production
The current guide allocates between one and three editing days depending on the tier. That is planned editing time, not an automatic promise that every project will be delivered in the same number of days.

Custom-priced services
Developer project films, monthly social programs and Chinese buyer campaigns remain custom quotes because their strategy, production volume, distribution and reporting requirements vary by project.
Booking and delivery
Editing allocation is not the same as delivery.
Current Terms state that Standard videography is normally delivered within two to three business days, while photography and floor plans are normally delivered within one business day. Prestige, FPV, brand, campaign, revision and multi-property work follows the written quote or production schedule.
Confirm the deliverables.
The quote should state filming time, locations, crew, aspect ratios, cut lengths, aerial work, talent, revisions and any platform versions.
Plan for the site.
Weather, airspace, access, keys, permits, property readiness, approvals and third-party suppliers can affect production and delivery.
Know what is delivered.
Raw footage, project files, working files and unused takes are not included unless the written quote says otherwise.

How long does a property video take to produce?
UNREAL's current terms state that standard videography is normally delivered within two to three business days. The production guide allocates one editing day to Fast, two to Standard and FPV, and three to Prestige. Editing allocation is not a universal delivery promise. Specialist projects, revisions, access, client approvals and weather follow the written schedule agreed before production.
What is FPV drone footage and does it cost extra?
FPV uses a compact drone controlled by a pilot wearing video goggles to create a continuous indoor-to-outdoor fly-through. It is priced separately in a tailored written quote, with two days currently allocated to editing. Every flight remains subject to weather, access, airspace, CASA requirements and site safety, and all deliverables must be confirmed in the written quote.
Do you travel to Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast?
UNREAL operates from its public office in Brisbane and its published production area includes Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast. Travel, multi-location requirements, crew arrangements and production timing are confirmed in the written quote because the current public pricing guide does not publish a standard travel-fee policy. This service area does not imply that every location uses the Brisbane rate without additional costs.
What is included in a cinematic property film?
A Standard Property Video scope can include 4K cinema-camera and aerial capture, a three-hour shoot, orientation and natural-light planning, a tailored script and shooting route, multi-angle coverage, a day-to-night sequence and two days allocated to editing. Its price and final inclusions are confirmed in writing. Raw footage, project files, working files and unused takes are not included unless stated in the written quote.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
UNREAL provides ongoing social media programs covering strategy, content calendars, production, posting and monthly performance reviews across Rednote, Instagram and TikTok. The current pricing guide does not list a fixed monthly retainer or standard contract structure, so scope, cadence, responsibilities and pricing are confirmed in a tailored proposal.
