Personal branding for property professionals

Real estate agent branding videos.

UNREAL Creative creates agent branding videos in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We combine property presentation, on-camera storytelling and real professional settings to introduce how an agent works. Each production starts with the audience, the message and the way the film will be used.

The purpose

Show the property and the person presenting it.

UNREAL Creative produces personal-brand video for real estate agents and agencies. Choose the format around the message: a home to introduce, an approach to explain or a professional moment to document.

A property story with an agent’s point of view

A listing film can explain the home while also showing how an agent notices detail and guides a viewing. We consider the audience, spatial sequence, light, material, music and pace when shaping that story.

A brand story beyond a listing

An interview or a real professional setting can introduce your approach without relying on a property tour. Decide what a prospective vendor should understand about you, then select scenes that support that message.

Project examples

Different settings. A recognisable person.

These examples draw on our own production notes. Each link explains the project context; the formats and deliverables for a new brief are agreed separately.

Will Torres · Rendering and live action

A separate personal and agency branding production combined rendered visuals with live-action footage. It has its own creative brief and source note; it is distinct from the AREC speaker recap and the SOLACE property walkthrough.

Build the brief

Plan the agent’s role before the camera rolls.

Audience

Name the viewer.

Decide whether the film is for prospective vendors, buyers, an agency audience or an event. Write down the question the viewer should be able to answer after watching.

Story

Choose a real setting.

Match the message to a property, interview, speaking engagement or working day. Plan who appears, what they need to say and which details will support their account.

Release

Agree the versions.

Choose the main film and any social edits before production. Confirm aspect ratios, captions, graphics, language requirements and approval dates in the written scope.

Written production scope

Agree what you will receive.

Send any existing brand guidance and examples of the tone you want. Let us know where the film will appear and which approval decisions need to happen before release.

The main film

The proposal sets out the concept, contributors, locations, shoot requirements and main edit. Speaking scenes and interview preparation are planned around the person and the story.

Additional versions and uses

Short social films, event cutdowns, behind-the-scenes content and Chinese-language adaptations can be scoped where useful. Agree the number of edits, captions, graphics, revisions, release channels and delivery dates; each affects the production plan.

Frequently asked questions

Plan the production with a clear brief.

What is an agent branding video?

An agent branding video introduces how you work, communicate and present property. It can take the form of an interview, an on-camera property walkthrough, an event recap or a planned social film. The brief defines the audience, message and intended use before the shoot.

Can a listing video also introduce the agent?

Yes. Plan the role of the agent alongside the route through the property. Our SOLACE film for Will Torres is an example of an agent leading the viewer through the spaces. We agree the balance of property detail, on-camera presentation and supporting footage for each brief.

Do I need to speak to camera?

Not every film needs a direct-to-camera introduction. An interview, a real working situation or a voice-led story may suit the brief. We discuss the scenes, speaking requirements and preparation before filming so you know what your role involves.

Can an event shoot become ongoing social content?

Yes, where access and the agreed production scope allow it. Plan the main story and any short edits, questions or behind-the-scenes material before the event. These are possible deliverables to quote, not a fixed package included in every event film.

How much does agent branding video production cost?

Agent branding is quoted around the concept, locations, filming requirements and agreed edits. The written quote confirms the number of films, formats, captions, graphics, revisions and delivery schedule. Our property-film starting price is not a fixed price for every personal-brand or event production.

Do you work with agents in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne?

Yes. UNREAL Creative has resident teams in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne with the same core service range. Share the location, audience, campaign date and required formats so we can confirm the production plan and any project-specific logistics.

Bring your next story into focus.

Tell us who the film is for, where it will be shown and when it needs to be ready. Include the property or event location, who will appear and any social versions you need.
