Malcolm Li · Waterfront property film
Malcolm Li of Queensland Sotheby’s International Realty asked UNREAL Creative for a different approach to a waterfront property film. The opening used an AI-created yacht carrying the property’s name to establish the creative theme.
The production also explored a wine cellar and private cinema through AI visualisation. These are imagined concepts, separate from the home’s existing condition. The production note explains the visual idea; it does not establish those scenes as built property features.

SABDIA · Brisbane
For this Brisbane home, SABDIA’s brief was specific: capture the architectural curves that expressed the builder’s work. That design priority shaped the angles and the edit.
A builder’s film starts with the details that matter to the team who made the home. Identifying those details before the shoot gives the camera work a purpose and creates a useful record for the builder’s portfolio.

Buxton Balwyn-Canterbury · Melbourne
Buxton Balwyn-Canterbury handled the sales campaign; UNREAL Creative was responsible for the video presentation. The Melbourne home brought together a French-inspired facade, tall spaces, a curved staircase and connected family living areas.
The film followed the way a buyer might experience the home, connecting architectural details with movement through the living, dining and kitchen spaces. The brief also considered how the finished film could continue to present the builder’s work after the listing campaign.

Modern Coastal home · Camp Hill, Brisbane
This Camp Hill production focused on warm timber, full-height glazing, a double-height living room and the connection to the pool. Afternoon light in the living room and views from the main bedroom provided the visual anchors.
Human movement was deliberately restrained: walking, opening a door and sitting down helped explain how the home could be used. The aim was to make the living spaces understandable while keeping the architecture at the centre of the film.

Terry Wang · Creative property advertising
Terry Wang asked the team to try a different style of property advertising. The response was a planned action-film treatment, using performance and visual effects to create a distinctive short-form concept.
The action was dramatised; the production note explicitly states that the house was undamaged. A concept-led film begins with the intended audience, the agent’s voice and a clear distinction between the real property and the fictional sequence.

Will Torres · Torres Property
For this separate Torres Property project, Will Torres asked UNREAL Creative to present an REB Awards achievement in a memorable way. The production combined rendered imagery with live-action footage.
The creative task was to give an existing achievement a clear visual idea that could support both personal and agency branding. This awards-focused piece is separate from the AREC speaker recap and the SOLACE walkthrough.

Creative concept · Property marketing
The production article describes a property-marketing concept built around wrapping a house as a gift. The creative idea provides a recognisable starting point for the film and the wider campaign.
For a concept-led brief, define what viewers should remember, how the visual idea relates to the property, and which versions the campaign needs. This note focuses on that creative approach.

CGI · Agency visual identity
This experimental property-agency production used CGI around a distinctive visual idea. The brief considered how a viewer could recognise the agency’s content within a busy stream of listings.
A consistent visual idea can guide the opening, composition and edit. Agree its role in the campaign before production, so the effect supports the property story and the agency’s identity.
